Moody and Foggy Hug Point Elopement

Maddy and Chris met over 10 years ago when they were both performing in the Rocky Horror Picture Show in Portland. They’ve been together for almost 7 years now! They are truly best friends and are self-proclaimed “a couple of weirdos in love.” Originally they’d planned for a more traditional wedding and reception in Lincoln City but eventually decided to keep things simpler and more true to who they are, so they opted to downsize to a Hug Point elopement on the Oregon Coast!

Oh me, oh my, was this day an absolute beauty! When Maddy told me she was ordering a custom dark blue velvet dress for her wedding my jaw dropped. Don’t you just love a non-traditional bride? Her guests consisted of just their closest friends and family since this was a COVID-19 wedding in 2020 after all! Thankfully we were outdoors on an absolutely beautiful day on the Oregon Coast and everyone did their best to social distance and wear a mask. We even did a few portraits with Maddy and Chris wearing a mask towards the end!
