Elegant Crook Point Wedding with Cliffside Views
Sophia and Cameron met 13 years ago when Sophia became friends with a girl who knew Cameron and told her she absolutely had to meet Cam. As the story goes, they’ve been together ever since! They’ve known for a long time that they were going to get married, but thought that a big event felt kind of scary. They’re both quiet, shy, and not really all that comfortable with being the center of attention. But after her father passed away, they wished that they had done it sooner. So together they decided it was finally time to tie the knot. Sophia and Cam had some reservations about throwing a big event; they’re both pretty quiet and shy and felt that it would be too uncomfortable with being the center of attention. I personally think that their Crook Point wedding ended up being the perfect blend of intimate and still a party meant to be enjoyed with their friends and family. Crook Point set the scene with a beautiful ocean view backdrop and we truly could not have asked for a more beautiful day.

Jeremiah and I are so excited to be planning our wedding, and we’d love to share a bit about our vision with you!
We met pre-pandemic on Bumble, and before the world changed, we explored and experienced so much together. When everything slowed down, we only grew closer and stronger. Now, we have a family and moved to Oregon last year in pursuit of new opportunities. When we found Crook Point online, we instantly knew—it was the perfect place for us to say “I do.”
We’re planning a three-night stay with our closest family and friends, creating a weekend filled with connection, laughter, and love. The wedding itself? Think Morticia Addams marries Gomez by the beach—a little dark, a little romantic, and completely us. I’m not your traditional bride, and I’d love our wedding film to reflect that. We’re drawn to a mix of black and white, film, and digital styles, capturing both the timeless and cinematic feel we love.
